Follow these steps:

  1. Add your desired items to build your cart
  2. Proceed to Checkout
  3. Use the "Choose payment method later" checkout option
  4. Enter PO number if any

What happens next?

We'll fulfil your order, and you'll receive an invoice, payable within 30 days.

Note: this payment method option is only visible when logged into our site using the same email address provided when filling out the application form. If you need to log in with an alternate email, please contact us.

Can I use other payment options?

Absolutely! - 30 day payment terms is optional. You can pay using other available payment method. If you need any support with this process, please contact us anytime!

New Customers

If you’re ordering on behalf of a school, daycare, early learning centre, allied
health or healthcare settings in Australia, we’d love to help you set up a 30‑day
account.

Once approved, you can place orders through our B2B system with no upfront payment, and we’ll have your order on its way within 1 to 2 business days.

You’ll receive a tax invoice when your order is placed, and we’d appreciate it if this could be passed on to your accounts team for payment at their earliest convenience.
