You can now purchase your NDIS funded consumables, developmental & sensory tools on Live and Thrive Australia's online store if you are Self-managed and Plan Managed NDIS participants.

How do I order NDIS funded Consumables?
Self-managed NDIS Participants:
If your NDIS Plan is Self-managed or you have Consumables funding that is Self-managed, you can pay using with credit card or other payment method, and seek reimbursement from the NDIA with provided invoice.
Plan Managed NDIS Participants:
If your Plan is Plan Managed and the Plan Manager is NDIS registered, setup an account by filling out NDIS Participant's and Plan Manager's details, select "NDIS Plan Managed" as Payment option during Checkout and Submit your Order.
Our Customer Service team will send the invoice to your Plan Manager for approval and payment.
NDIA Managed NDIS Participants:
If your Plan is NDIA or Agency Managed, we are currently unable to process your order as we are in the process of becoming a registered provider, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
