How do I place NDIS order?

Self-Managed
Participants with self‑managed NDIS Plans or self‑managed Core Flexible budgets can pay at checkout and request reimbursement from the NDIS (subject to NDIS reasonable and necessary guidelines).

Plan-Managed
If your NDIS plan is Plan-managed and your Plan Manager is NDIS registered, please follow these steps:

  1. Add items to your cart
    Select your desired products and add them to your cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout
    At checkout, choose the “NDIS Plan Managed” payment option and submit your order.
  3. Provide participant details
    After placing your order, please email us the participant details as requested on your invoice.
  4. Invoice processing
    We will send the invoice directly to your Plan Manager for payment.

NDIA Managed
If your NDIS plan is NDIA‑managed (Agency Managed), we’re unable to process orders at this time, and we apologise for the inconvenience.
