Our mission is to deliver personalised, high-quality supports that empower you in your home and community.
Our Daily Activities and Assistance with Social and Community Participation supports are flexible and customised to your own needs, goals and outcomes. Whether you are at home, out in the community, childcare, kindergarten, school or work, for business, health or leisure, we provide one-on-one support seven days a week including public holidays.
Some examples of supports you might seek:
- To get out and about in the community
- Someone to do household chores
- Someone to help with food preparation and meals
- Support with health and fitness
